|Description||A study on the development of cities within cities and taking the need for a sustainable project was achieved to develop Container City ®.|
The creation of a sort of SoHo, Palermo or Countess was a key objective, performing with the optimum care of tenants and their location. The project which in principle had all the bases to be a graphical development (color, textures, design time, typography and atmosphere) began to take shape completely architectural to highlight their volumes and shadows and secondary spaces.
Designed on a surface of almost 5000M 2, Container City ® has become a San Andres Cholula, both cultural and architectural reference point (at only 15 minutes from the city of Puebla), both the project, as its design was in charge of Gabriel Esper Caram (graphic designer for the University of the Americas).Container City ® is a development where the reuse of maritime containers; has taken advantage of concrete part of our facilities, from piping, decoration and flooring were made with materials reused to helping put our grain of sand in the preservation of the environment.
Another fundamental in the development of Container City ® was the creation of jobs around the project... all construction, renovation and maintenance of containers has been carried out by local people; all the carpenters, blacksmiths, gardeners, glaziers, staff service and suppliers who have been working on this project live just a few blocks away.
